Currently, our promotional campaign offers free delivery on all orders over $30.
Healthy Lunch ships to any country in the world. Some countries may have customs fees that will be paid upon receipt of the package. These fees will be your responsibility and we invite you to contact your local customs office to avoid unpleasant surprises.
We process all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 12 hours.
Delivery time is variable and will normally take between 7 and 10 business days for the United States and the European Union. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery time may be extended to 30 business days. Even if delays are not frequent, we apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
Delivery time for countries outside the United States and the European Union is generally between 18 days and 90 days.
Delivery service: The vast majority of our products are shipped via the local postal service. You can track your order on our dedicated interface.
Missing item ?
In order to optimize the delivery time and to avoid a long wait, it is possible that your order is shipped in several packages.
Therefore, we invite you to check your shipping confirmation email to make sure that you do not have several tracking numbers. If there are multiple tracking numbers, it means that your order was shipped in multiple packages.
Finally, if all the packages have arrived and you are still missing a product, contact customer service by email.
