Return and Refund Policy

At Healthy-Lunch, we do our best to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible so that you will not encounter any surprises when you receive our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

Our logistics warehouse for carrying out product returns is located in the south of France.


Exchanges / Refunds / Replacements


A) I wish to Exchange or Return an item

If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us by email: to obtain and fill out the return form.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. As soon as we receive your package, our team will make sure that it has not been used and it will be refunded to your payment method.

NOTE: If the product has been used and does not allow it to be put back on sale, no refund can be made.


Step 1: Make sure you meet the following conditions:

  • You have 14 days from the time you receive your package to return it to us.

  • The product must never have been used, and we must be able to sell it again.


Step 2: Contact us by email at or directly via our contact form, to obtain your return form which will be completed and put in your package.

If you cannot print the document, you can copy the elements of the form on a sheet of paper and slip it into your package.

On this sheet of paper, you will have to indicate: your order number (Example: #5214), the name of the returned items, as well as your first and last name.


Step 3: Send us the items you wish to return to the address indicated on the return form. Our warehouse is located in France.

If you wish to obtain a refund or exchange a product, the return costs will be at your expense.

Items must be returned in their original condition. All items already used cannot be returned or refunded.


Step 4: Upon receipt of the return, they will be inspected by our team to ensure compliance.

Healthy Lunch reserves the right to refuse returns sent or communicated after the return deadline, or items that are not in the same condition as they were received.

Once the return is accepted, you will be reimbursed via the same payment method used to make the purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

The maximum delay for the refund is 10 days. You will receive an email when it is done.

Please note that the refund time on your account always depends on your bank.


B) My article has a defect


First of all, be assured that our team is particularly rigorous and attentive to the quality control of its products.

Nevertheless, it is possible that a defect could have escaped our vigilance, and for that we are sincerely sorry, but no worry we will find a solution together.


Step 1: Send us an e-mail to with a complaint and photos showing the defect(s).

It is important, for your safety and in order for your request to be taken into account, not to have used the defective product before informing us.


Step 2: Your request will be processed by our team within approximately 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will then have the choice between several possibilities:

  • Return (at the company's expense) and refund of the defective item.

  • Replacement of the item if we still have it in stock.

  • Possibility of obtaining a credit note in the form of a voucher for the entire store.


Please know that our team does its best to ensure your complete satisfaction. This remains our priority and we will always do our best to ensure that you have a wonderful experience on our online store!




Cancel an order:

We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process all orders that are placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 12 hours of payment. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at as soon as possible.

The vast majority of items in stock are processed within 12 hours. It is imperative that you contact us during this time so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

No cancellation request can be taken into account if your order has already been processed. You will have to return the package to us at your own expense after receiving it.


Address errors:

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us promptly to specify a change. The shipping address can only be made if your order has not yet been processed, usually 12 hours after payment.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses...).
In the latter cases, these packages can be returned to us, but unfortunately not always.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund minus the shipping costs (3.90€) or we will offer you a reshipment, depending on your choice.

You are not eligible for reshipment or refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.


How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds can take up to 5 days to process. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and must be submitted to our accounting department for processing.

Note: You will receive your refund via the same payment method used when you purchased from the Healthy Lunch website.


Late or missing refunds:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your bank.
  • Processing time usually takes 3-5 business days.
