Returns & Exchanges:

At Healthy-Lunch, we do our best to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible so that you will not encounter any surprises when you receive our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

Order Cancellation Policy:

We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process all orders that are placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@healthy-lunch.co as soon as possible.

A large majority of in-stock items are processed within 12 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this time, so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

No request to cancel your order can be considered if it has already been processed.

Address Errors:

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us very quickly to specify a modification. The latter can only be done if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses...).
In the latter cases, these packages can be returned to us, but not always.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund minus the shipping costs or we will offer you a reshipment, according to your choice.

You are not eligible for a reshipment or refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.

Return Policy:

Our return policy is 14 days from the time you receive your products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us by email: contact@healthy-lunch.co to obtain and complete the return form. Sign it and send it with your package to the address we will give you when you write to our support.


Exchanges / Refunds / Replacements

If you are within the 14 day return period we offer you 3 options:

1. Exchange your item for a different product

We recommend that you return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the product you want.

2. Refund details and vouchers

By default, the refund method is voucher. If you want to receive a refund, please let us know.

Only the final price paid (after any discount) will be refunded.

Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are not refundable.

3. Replacement of an incorrect or defective item

We are very sorry! Please send us an email to contact@healthy-lunch.co with the following details:

Your order number
Description of the problem (e.g. wrong / defective item)
Pictures or video


How can I get a refund for my product?

If you wish, we can ship you a new product or replace it with another item of the same value.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are given (if any). Due to inspection, warehouse and processing fees, some items may incur a 15% restocking fee for returned and refunded orders. Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to manufacturer defect will not incur this restocking fee. The fee will be applied to the original order and the balance will be refunded.

 

How long does it take to get a refund?

Typically, refunds can take up to two weeks to process. All refunds must be checked for authenticity and submitted to our accounting department for processing.

How do I return an item?

Each return request must be submitted via email.
Please fill out this form as accurately as possible and send your item along with this form to the return address we will provide via email.

The item must be in the same condition as it was sent to you. Upon arrival at our warehouse, the item will be examined. If there is any damage or use of the product, no refund will be given.

The charge for return shipping:
There are two possibilities for the cost of returning an item:

The product is defective or the wrong product received
For these two reasons, the return shipping costs will be charged to the company, Healthy Lunch. You will be given a Mondial Relay voucher and you will be able to send the package back to us for free.

Changing your mind
You can change your mind if the product does not suit you. In this case, you can be reimbursed but the shipping costs will be at your charge. There is an exception, if you wish to obtain a Healthy Lunch credit note instead of a refund, the cost of the credit note can be paid by the company. Please send an email with the reason for the return and customer service will advise you of the procedure and your options.



In other words, all errors inherent to the company will be at its expense. However, changes of mind, address errors, etc. will not constitute a reason for return at the expense of the company. It is your responsibility to pay close attention to your purchases.


Warning:

If you are shipping items worth more than 50$, we strongly suggest that you send the product back to us with a tracking number.

Shipping:

All shipments to USA are free of charge. However, if customs duties or taxes are due, Healthy Lunch is not responsible for them.

Healthy Lunch will ship to any country in the world. Some destinations may have different prices.


We process all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 12 hours.

Delivery time is variable and will usually take between 5 and 20 business days.

However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the delivery time may be extended. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
